Get out Prohibited

Service Description

Here are the complete steps that the Get out of Prohibited Status Team will take after your payment and consent form is received: Step 1. We will request the completion paperwork from your SAP Step 2. A member of our team will call you to walk you through designating our company as your C/TPA in the FMCSA Clearinghouse. You will have to purchase 2 query plans in the clearinghouse during this step. ($2.50). Step 3: Once we get your paperwork from the SAP we will review it to confirm completion and determine whether a urine only RTD test is required or both a urine AND an alcohol test is required. (If your SAP requires an Alcohol test you will be required to pay an additional $115 before we can move forward) Step 4. We will call around to labs in your area to confirm that the same sex gender is on shift and schedule your RTD test. Results take 3-5 business days to come back. Step 5. Once the results are received, the Get out of Prohibited Team will change your clearinghouse status from PROHIBITED to NOT Prohibited.
