SAP Resource Hub
Your Trusted Partner in the FMCSA Return-to-Duty Process
Welcome to the SAP Resource Hub—a page dedicated to providing you, the Substance Abuse Professional, with the tools, resources, and support you need to ensure your clients successfully navigate the FMCSA Return-to-Duty process. At GetOutOfProhibited.com, we are proud to partner with SAPs nationwide to streamline the process and help drivers complete Step 5 in the Return-to-Duty process to get back to work.
How we Support SAPs
As a trusted Consortium/Third-Party Administrator (C/TPA), we work alongside SAPs to simplify the Return-to-Duty process. Our services are designed to reduce your workload and ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations. Here are the key benefits for partnering with us.
Minimizing Callbacks
We handle all driver follow-ups and questions related to Step 5 of the Return-to-Duty process. This reduces the time you spend answering repetitive inquiries, allowing you to focus on evaluations and treatment plans.
Clearinghouse Updates
Once the Return-to-Duty test is completed, we promptly update the FMCSA Clearinghouse, transitioning the driver’s status from ‘Prohibited’ to ‘Not Prohibited.’ We also guide drivers toward companies that hire those completing the process and provide education on Step 6—the Follow-Up Testing Plan—ensuring compliance and a smooth return to work.
Scheduling the Return-to-Duty Test
We coordinate directly with your clients to schedule their Return-to-Duty drug test. This includes verifying labs to ensure they have the proper staff in place for observed collections, preventing delays or incomplete testing.
Confidentiality, Respect and Professionalism
We maintain strict confidentiality and ensure every driver is treated with the respect and dignity they deserve. We understand the challenges they face and are committed to providing compassionate, judgment-free support throughout the process.
